Nature’s Mirror is a journey of attunement—through the language of pattern. Each meditation in this series begins with a visual or poetic introduction to a natural pattern. We then move through a simple somatic practice, helping you feel the pattern in your body. We follow with a guided meditation, to internalize the pattern’s wisdom in your heart and spirit. Finally, a journaling reflection invites you to integrate it into your everyday life.

These four parts—seeing, sensing, stilling, and speaking—form the structure of each Pattern Meditation. They are not just techniques. They are tools to help you recalibrate your inner world to the deeper intelligence of the Earth.
